Terms
Public product terms aren’t in effect yet. Here’s what applies in the meantime.
Last updated September 22, 2026In short
- Early builds are for testing, as-is.
- Nothing is sold today.
- Full terms come before accounts or payment.
Early testing
Development builds are shared with testers to evaluate the product. They may change, break or lose features between versions. Keep your own copies of recordings you care about.
No purchase
Hindset is not sold today, and no payment is taken. Any future price will be clear before you’re asked to pay.
Your content
Your recordings, notes and exports are yours. Hindset doesn’t claim ownership of anything you capture.
Before launch
Terms of service will be published and reviewed before accounts, paid plans or public installers become available.
